The supporters of Kayuga booed when Collingwood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Brotherton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berke Curtis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Battle Szobczak in the 13th minute of play. Berke Curtis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Nelson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The supporters of Collingwood booed when Kayuga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Tucknott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kirby Stebbing made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Berkeley Nurthen sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Berke Sobezak put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kirby Stebbing. In the 28th minute Berke Sobezak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirby Stebbing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kirby Stebbing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berkeley Nurthen in the 31st minute. Berke Curtis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battle Szobczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Kayuga got a freekick which was hit by Zackery Czaczka. After 36 minutes of play, Collingwood's Berkeley Nurthen made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kirby Stebbing was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Kayuga's zone, Berke Sobezak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kirby Stebbing came out of the goal and Berke Sobezak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Zackery Czaczka fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kayuga's protests and gave Zackery Czaczka a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kayuga getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Zackery Czaczka hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Battle Szobczak was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Berke Sobezak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kayuga's Kirby Stebbing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Berke Sobezak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Kirby Stebbing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Battle Szobczak's late challenge caught a Collingwood's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Battle Szobczak helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Kayuga got a freekick which was hit by Battle Szobczak. Berke Sobezak struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Kirby Stebbing didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Collingwood. Berke Curtis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battle Szobczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berke Curtis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamie Tucknott in the 64th minute of the match. Boris Nelson scored 2-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Berke Curtis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 70 minutes, Berkeley Nurthen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Collingwood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berkeley Nurthen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berkeley Nurthen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Kirby Stebbing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kirby Stebbing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berke Sobezak in the 77th minute of the match. Kayuga's Kirby Stebbing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berkeley Nurthen in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Jamie Tucknott was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kayuga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Collingwood the free kick. In the 94th minute, Jamie Tucknott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
