An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicholas Cochrane in the 3rd minute of play forced Earlston's goalkeeper Edmonds Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dane Lester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ollie Waterland in the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Dululu defense, Lewis Munster kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dane Lester. The Dululu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dane Lester should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, Michael Travers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Dululu's goalkeeper Dane Lester had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lewis Munster. Jesse Hess fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmonds Hands having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reginald Wilson during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Earlston got a freekick which was hit by Reginald Wilson. Edmonds Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesse Hess in the 32nd minute of the match. Jesse Hess received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Edmonds Hands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reginald Wilson was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Dululu booed when Earlston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reginald Wilson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicholas Cochrane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmonds Hands having to interfere. Nicholas Cochrane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edmonds Hands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Earlston's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Nicholas Cochrane scored to the left of an out of position Edmonds Hands, making the score, 1-1. Nicholas Cochrane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmonds Hands having to interfere. Nicholas Cochrane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicholas Cochrane spun around in front of the goal 73 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Edmonds Hands grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. Edmonds Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicholas Cochrane, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 83 played minutes Dululu got a freekick which was hit by Biggs Millgate. When Stan Mcjunkins fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Earlston's protests and gave Stan Mcjunkins a yellow card for diving instead. Stan Mcjunkins hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jesse Hess received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Edmonds Hands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Dean Rummens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jesse Hess sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Earlston's goal looked a bit too open when Nicholas Cochrane came free, but Edmonds Hands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
