Bernard Babbage sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Babbage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Tout having to interfere. Samuel Tout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Babbage, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernard Babbage got free with Samuel Tout in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Bromfield in the 21st minute of play forced Wietalaba's goalkeeper Jonathan Groves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Wietalaba defense, Dan Bromfield kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Groves. The Wietalaba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Groves should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 31 in the game by Bernard Babbage from a close distance when the talented Samuel Tout managed to make a qualified save. Notting's players were relieved. Notting's Samuel Tout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Notting from getting a goal against them. Samuel Tout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernard Babbage in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudy Limmer in the 41st minute of play forced Notting's goalkeeper Samuel Tout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordon Solomon hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dan Bromfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Notting's zone, Rudy Limmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Tout came out of the goal and Rudy Limmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matt Wirth kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jordon Solomon got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 60 played minutes Notting got a freekick which was hit by Jordon Solomon. In the 66th minute of the match Antonio Hunter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel Tout showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Samuel Tout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Babbage in the 71st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Notting's zone, Rudy Limmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Tout came out of the goal and Rudy Limmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Tout came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Wietalaba's Bernard Babbage. But to his dismay, Bernard Babbage quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 77th minute, Arthur Gray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Tout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudy Limmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Notting defense, Bernard Babbage kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Tout. The Notting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Tout should have stopped the shot. Samuel Tout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Babbage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Bromfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jonathan Groves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wietalaba fully deserved thier win.
