Bryson Galvin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. MongolianWarrior's Bryson Galvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyce Ambrose in the 9th minute of play. Brooks Cootes hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Boyce Ambrose got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gunyah's Bruno Hemsley got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jayden Clinton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everitt Wirth in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Boyce Ambrose ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryson Galvin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Richard Mosley during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gunyah's Richard Mosley got a free kick in the 24th minute. MongolianWarrior's Bryson Galvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Hemsley in the 27th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Boyce Ambrose's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryson Galvin was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Bruno Hemsley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bryson Galvin. MongolianWarrior's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Hemsley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Bruno Hemsley scored 0-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bryson Galvin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Everitt Wirth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Allen Blestowe fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gunyah's protests and gave Allen Blestowe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Allen Blestowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boyce Ambrose took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryson Galvin. Bryson Galvin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliot Hopkins to strike the kick off in the second half. When Richard Mosley was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. In the 58th minute, Richard Mosley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Gunyah booed when MongolianWarrior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brooks Cootes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Boyce Ambrose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryson Galvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gunyah's Boyce Ambrose slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bryson Galvin. That made the score 0-7 after 67 minutes of play. Boyce Ambrose hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Bruno Hemsley hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Jayden Clinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliot Hopkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Boyce Ambrose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boyce Ambrose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Bryson Galvin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russel Peach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Boyce Ambrose's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryson Galvin was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Boyce Ambrose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Everitt Wirth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jayden Clinton having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Boyce Ambrose took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Bryson Galvin to make any attempt to save it. If Everitt Wirth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunyah's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
