Spectators: 6600 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Quincy Chapman took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Earl Will managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eden's supporters rose to their feet, but Earl Will was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sam Behla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adam Schoenke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Howarth, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Jerrard Simpson could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Adam Schoenke however easily saved by the left post. If Jerrard Simpson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Jack Park got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Eden's Adam Schoenke got control of the ball when Jerrard Simpson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Blackened FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Nelson to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Quincy Chapman notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Blackened FC's Sam Behla. Sam Behla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sam Behla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Goodwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sam Behla came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Eden's Earl Will. But to his dismay, Earl Will quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Blackened FC's Sam Behla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quincy Chapman in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Blackened FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quincy Chapman came free, but Sam Behla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sam Behla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Earl Will in the 40th minute of the match. Blackened FC's Sam Behla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Earl Will in the 41st minute of play. Blackened FC's Jerrard Simpson got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerrard Simpson was the one to do the kick off. Ben Ancell was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. A collision led to Blackened FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ben Ancell hit a great ball. Sam Behla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quincy Chapman in the 61st minute of play. Quincy Chapman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Adam Schoenke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerrard Simpson in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Blackened FC's Andy Howarth got a free kick in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Earl Will got free with Sam Behla in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Blackened FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Case Mudie scored to the left of an out of position Sam Behla, making the score, 1-3. After having played for 90 minutes, Jerrard Simpson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackened FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerrard Simpson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blackened FC's Jerrard Simpson got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sam Behla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Goodwin in the 95th minute of play.
