Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mevlüt Rüstem took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ermington FC's Angus Mcjunkins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ermington FC from getting a goal against them. Burakin were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Ermington FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Humphry Baptiste took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mevlüt Rüstem in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angus Mcjunkins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angus Mcjunkins was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bock Mcwilliam. Burt Bleazard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Odd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abe Magnay came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Burakin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abe Magnay couldn't finish the play. Rudolph Hines struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Angus Mcjunkins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burakin. Gregg Willis hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. A collision led to Burakin getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mevlüt Rüstem hit a great ball. Mevlüt Rüstem struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Angus Mcjunkins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burakin. A hard shot 26 in the game by Mevlüt Rüstem from a close distance when the talented Angus Mcjunkins managed to make a qualified save. Ermington FC's players were relieved. When Burakin's Mevlüt Rüstem in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ermington FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute of the match Burakin got a corner. Ermington FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Humphry Baptiste ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Humphry Baptiste almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ermington FC's Angus Mcjunkins did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in Burakin's zone, David Odd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Burt Bleazard came out of the goal and David Odd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Darryl Brotherton kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Humphry Baptiste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burakin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humphry Baptiste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Odd in the 43rd minute of play forced Burakin's goalkeeper Burt Bleazard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Odd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burt Bleazard having to interfere. Angus Mcjunkins was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Mevlüt Rüstem capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mevlüt Rüstem really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Odd was the one to do the kick off. Mevlüt Rüstem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angus Mcjunkins having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Odd got free with Burt Bleazard in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Burakin's Humphry Baptiste got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Burakin's Mevlüt Rüstem managed to work through Ermington FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mevlüt Rüstem dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 67th minute Mevlüt Rüstem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angus Mcjunkins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 played minutes David Odd could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 2-1 into the left cross. Burt Bleazard made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Odd in the 74th minute. David Odd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burt Bleazard having to interfere. Burakin made a substitution. Jason Dollimore replaced Bock Mcwilliam. After a rather tough play, Ermington FC's Gregg Willis got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 86th match minute, Burakin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Myles Willis to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mevlüt Rüstem in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angus Mcjunkins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mevlüt Rüstem took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angus Mcjunkins. Angus Mcjunkins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 96th minute, David Odd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Burakin fully deserved thier win.
