In the 4th minute Benny King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Duffield United getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Paz Salcedo hit a great ball. The long shot by Bill Crane in the 5th minute really tested Furkan Sweet's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Szczepan Waldoch came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Duffield United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szczepan Waldoch couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute Duffield Crawford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Furkan Sweet made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Bill Crane sent off a good shot on target. Duffield Crawford scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Furkan Sweet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Payton Thomass short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Furkan Sweet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 20 minutes into the game, Benny King recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Furkan Sweet. Benny King showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Duffield United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bill Crane 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Bleyd Cudmore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Furkan Sweet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bill Crane, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Ryan Renshaw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Bill Crane from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Furkan Sweet's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Brookes Beale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Waldoch in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Duffield United's Max Gissane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brookes Beale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th match minute, Duffield United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobs Will to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute of the match, Bill Crane tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Furkan Sweet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 46th minute, Duffield Crawford reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Furkan Sweet. The goal made the score 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bill Crane made a kick off. Furkan Sweet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Payton Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Duffield Crawford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benny King took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Furkan Sweet. Furkan Sweet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 88 minutes into the game, Duffield Crawford cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Furkan Sweet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 91 played minutes Duffield United got a freekick which was hit by Max Gissane. 93 minutes into the game, Duffield Crawford cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Furkan Sweet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Duffield Crawford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dumaresq FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dumaresq FC fully deserved thier win.
