Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Isidro Delfino took the kick off in the first half of the match. Isidro Delfino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute Isidro Delfino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stewart Alcock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blade Brading sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Blade Brading notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kahibah's Kay Possov. Kay Possov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Randell Rafferty hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Buchanan Laws shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stewart Alcock showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Bock Babbage came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Bronzewing fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bock Babbage couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Isidro Delfino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stewart Alcock. Bronzewing's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Delfino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Isidro Delfino came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Kahibah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Delfino couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bronzewing's goalkeeper Stewart Alcock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Buchanan Laws shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Isidro Delfino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stewart Alcock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norman Obrien in the 35th minute of the match. When Isidro Delfino came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Kahibah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Delfino couldn't finish the play. If Blade Brading had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 41 minutes into the match, Bronzewing's goal looked a bit too open when Norman Obrien came free, but Stewart Alcock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Delfino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Stewart Alcock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Kahibah's Kay Possov got control of the ball when Bock Babbage tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blade Brading to make the kick off. Randell Rafferty charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Randell Rafferty the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kahibah booed when Bronzewing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randell Rafferty didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Isidro Delfino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmonds Day might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stewart Alcock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmonds Day ran back to his position shaking his head. Blade Brading struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Kay Possov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bronzewing. In the 62nd minute, Olliver Dowsing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kay Possov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bock Babbage went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Isidro Delfino might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stewart Alcock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidro Delfino ran back to his position shaking his head. Stewart Alcock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Delfino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidro Delfino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stewart Alcock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Bock Babbage might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kay Possov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bock Babbage ran back to his position shaking his head. Bock Babbage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kay Possov having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Kahibah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Lambourne to maneuver through the defense. Kay Possov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blade Brading, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Edmonds Day was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kahibah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bronzewing the free kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
