Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Blade Brading started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Carlisle Laughton took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stewart Alcock. Stewart Alcock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Gary getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Alford Johnston hit a great ball. Potter Freel hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Fabrizio Schulzte could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Stewart Alcock however easily saved by the left post. If Carlisle Laughton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cullen Batterham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bock Babbage in the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Alford Johnston was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gary's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bronzewing the free kick. In the 19th minute of the match Carleton Tupman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cullen Batterham skillfully saved the ball. Fleming Ayrton charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fleming Ayrton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Carleton Tupman shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Gary's Cullen Batterham to catch but Carleton Tupman was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. 30 minutes into the match, Gary's goal looked a bit too open when Randell Rafferty came free, but Cullen Batterham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gary's Alford Johnston got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Fabrizio Maslin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fleming Ayrton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, Bronzewing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blade Brading to maneuver through the defense. Fabrizio Schulzte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Stewart Alcock made a huge save. If Carlisle Laughton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Carlisle Laughton made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bronzewing's Blade Brading dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. In the 55th minute, Bock Babbage left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bronzewing fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Bock Babbage who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Cullen Batterham when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Everitt Johnston struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Stewart Alcock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gary. Stewart Alcock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Tongs in the 61st minute of the match. The throw-in from Ned Goodwin in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gary's Belton Durbridge. Belton Durbridge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Randell Rafferty fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bronzewing's protests and gave Randell Rafferty a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Randell Rafferty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlisle Laughton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Stewart Alcock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Randell Rafferty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Potter Freel notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Gary's Cullen Batterham. Cullen Batterham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blade Brading in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cullen Batterham saved Gary from getting behind. Cullen Batterham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Potter Freel in the 98th minute of the match. The Bronzewing players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
