Spectators: 8333 (Terracing: 6340, Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 50) CA Argentinos's Drake Hickman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes CA Argentinos got a freekick which was hit by Bryce Fynn. In the 4th minute of the match Carleton Tupman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Biggs Castray showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernest Gaffigan in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stewart Alcock saved Bronzewing from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Drake Hickman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Argentinos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Bronzewing's goal looked a bit too open when Drake Hickman came free, but Stewart Alcock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Ernest Gaffigan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Stewart Alcock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Biggs Castray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bock Babbage in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bock Babbage during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Bock Babbage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd match minute, CA Argentinos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donovan Renny to maneuver through the defense. Ernest Gaffigan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Stewart Alcock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blade Brading to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Donovan Renny made a precise shot to the right of Stewart Alcock. Bronzewing's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Biggs Castray was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Blade Brading capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Blade Brading really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. 68 minutes into the game, CA Argentinos's Drake Hickman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stewart Alcock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. The supporters of CA Argentinos booed when Bronzewing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Surman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Drake Hickman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stewart Alcock was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. When Potter Freel fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bronzewing's protests and gave Potter Freel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Potter Freel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bronzewing's zone, Bran Collings stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stewart Alcock came out of the goal and Bran Collings tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th match minute, CA Argentinos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loyd Aroege to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to CA Argentinos getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Carver Thorne hit a great ball. Blade Brading struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Biggs Castray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bronzewing. After 91 played minutes CA Argentinos got a freekick which was hit by Loyd Aroege. If Ernest Gaffigan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stewart Alcock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drake Hickman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. CA Argentinos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
