After a rather tough play, Rutgers Utd's Zack Bennett got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Barth Alchin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rutgers Utd's Murdock Reisz didn't even have to move. Potter Shirdon hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

54 minutes into the game, Corey Rhoades was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BES MUDI BANDITS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rutgers Utd the free kick. Corey Rhoades kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Barth Alchin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murdock Reisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cregan Zalunardo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. BES MUDI BANDITS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
