Edmonds Didlock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 33 minutes, Alessandro Sacchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stratton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Sacchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alessandro Sacchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jervis Tresise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 56 minutes, Jacobs Maddern mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellscream and the Stratton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edmonds Didlock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stratton FC. Edmonds Didlock yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hellscream's goalkeeper Edmonds Didlock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alessandro Sacchi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edmonds Didlock firmly grabbed it by the left post. Edmonds Didlock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Warhurst in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Jacobs Maddern hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Sinden struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Edmonds Didlock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stratton FC. Stratton FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
