Clay Heath might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Orlando Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clay Heath ran back to his position shaking his head. Leeton United FC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Rodborough's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gregory Krause took the corner. Baal Muncaster was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Kylian Charreton in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erlend Sørby, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clay Heath in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brookes Crane in the 23rd minute of play forced Rodborough's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Clay Heath shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Kylian Charreton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erlend Sørby. Kylian Charreton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brookes Crane in the 29th minute of play forced Rodborough's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clay Heath in the 30th minute of the match. Hugo Orlando Gatti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brookes Crane went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 40th match minute, Leeton United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregory Krause to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, László Kulcsár hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregory Krause in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clay Heath made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Lukas Blaauwgeers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erlend Sørby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas-James Joshua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erlend Sørby having to make a save. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Akram, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Akram, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Clay Heath had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Orlando Gatti. Rodborough's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clay Heath was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Lucas-James Joshua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erlend Sørby read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Rodborough's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brookes Crane in the 66th minute of play. Ant Oğuzkan's late challenge caught a Rodborough's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ant Oğuzkan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rodborough booed when Leeton United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ant Oğuzkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodborough's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kylian Charreton in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Rainea came free, but Erlend Sørby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Brookes Crane made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Orlando Gatti. Rodborough's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Leeton United FC's Brendon Anderson managed to work through Rodborough's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Brendon Anderson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The Leeton United FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
