After a rather tough play, Grêmio Bulls's Celso Furtado got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olavo Matorin in the 19th minute of play forced Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Maadan 张正乐 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Laerte Lucas put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maadan 张正乐. In the 25th minute Romulo Lehen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despite this Ronaldo Medeiros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maadan 张正乐 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olavo Matorin in the 29th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 30th minute of the game was made by Rowen Doherty with Celso Furtado as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Furtado in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldo Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ronaldo Medeiros came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio Bulls's Rowen Doherty. But to his dismay, Rowen Doherty quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ronaldo Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Sena in the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Rowen Doherty notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Montevideo's Ronaldo Medeiros. Ronaldo Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

In the 54th minute, Christian Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Medeiros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rowen Doherty showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play.
