Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vito Abasalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pello Sanz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonsalve Flores made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Lucian Guerrero sent off a good shot on target. Mancini's goalie prevented a goal. Gonsalve Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucian Guerrero in the 34th minute of play. After 41st play minutes Kemen Marcilla shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Gonsalve Flores and just under the crossbar into goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bozhil Vaptzarov was the one to do the kick off. Vito Abasalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xamin Salazar in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonsalve Flores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Trecebarras's zone, Bozhil Vaptzarov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito Abasalo came out of the goal and Bozhil Vaptzarov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trecebarras made a substitution. Caitano Aguilar replaced Machado Babia. U.D. Mancini were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Trecebarras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bozhil Vaptzarov took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Trecebarras's goalie and right to Henrik Larsson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Trecebarras's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The crowd rose to their feet as U.D. Mancini's Agustín Pedrosa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vito Abasalo. That made the score 2-5 after 82 minutes of play. 87 minutes into the game, Trecebarras's Kemen Marcilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonsalve Flores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. In the 90th minute Agustín Pedrosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Abasalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched U.D. Mancini eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
