Arnaldo Totakoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhu Ao Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vascão-ES's Arnaldo Totakoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhu Ao Yi in the 17th minute of play. Cauã Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Zhu Ao Yi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zhu Ao Yi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zhu Ao Yi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Totakoxe made a huge save. Zézinho Vinhas hit a great ball. With a little luck, Vascão-ES's Arnaldo Totakoxe got control of the ball when Zhu Ao Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhu Ao Yi got free with Arnaldo Totakoxe in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zhu Ao Yi was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Bar Olo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Arnaldo Totakoxe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 56th match minute, Vascão-ES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Britto to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Jarbas Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vascão-ES's Arnaldo Totakoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Trezeguet in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Vascão-ES's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Lucas came free, but Arnaldo Totakoxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Totakoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Darrigrande in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vascão-ES players left disappointed.
