Ged Nightingale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louis Lumb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guy Hogg came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Neil Long could save by the left post. In the 25th minute of the match Arrows Academy FC got a corner. Harchester United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guy Hogg ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Arrows Academy FC's corner Guy Hogg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Neil Long quite easily take care of the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Harchester United's Emiliano Fidele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ged Nightingale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Mero Griful kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match Arthur Geneste shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ged Nightingale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ged Nightingale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louis Lumb in the 44th minute of play. Neil Long was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Grzegorz Piechna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Grzegorz Piechna really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
