The supporters of Riesgo Cero booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. After taking down the ball on Riesgo Cero's corner Reasco Das fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rogério Ceni quite easily take care of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso da Cunha came free, but Cristian Vladimirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Belgrano LOS PIRATAS were awarded a corner. Eulalio Jago went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Guillermo Frank got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristian Vladimirescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Damario in the 18th minute of play forced Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Vladimirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumhur Günay in the 20th minute of the match. Rogério Ceni was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Santo Damario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Santo Damario really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Edu Dum in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Riesgo Cero's Donato Odilon. Rogério Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reasco Das, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riesgo Cero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Afonso da Cunha scored to the left of an out of position Cristian Vladimirescu, making the score, 1-2. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Steve Harris was substituted for Luca Savini. The crowd rose to their feet as Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Teodoro Hartz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Vladimirescu. That made the score 2-4 after 92 minutes of play. Abelardo Vitin hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match, Navin Dale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristian Vladimirescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cristian Vladimirescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 96th minute, which inside left pole to 2-5.
