An unexpectedly hard shot by Franz Grassme in the 10th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Cristian Lucchetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the Rosario Central and the Ripa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ripa FC's Clemente Demesio was substituted for Braulio Emeterio. In the 41st minute, Lautaro Martines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the game, Ricardo Bochini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Cristian Lucchetti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Franz Grassme came free with the goalkeeper in the 50th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristian Lucchetti could save by the left post. Franz Grassme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Cristian Lucchetti made a huge save. Kazimierz Domin kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Ripa FC made a substitution. Romain Declerck replaced Ricardo Bochini. A collision led to Ripa FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kazimierz Domin hit a great ball. When Rosario Central's Tostão de Queirós in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ripa FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rosario Central made a substitution. Igor Silvino replaced Evaristo Abalos. After 83 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Frantzes. In the 90th minute, Ripa FC's Gu Chang Peng dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3.
