Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Romain Mesmakers started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Sojourner Truth Pioneers booed when Café DE PLOEG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Verhaghen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philip Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romain Mesmakers in the 3rd minute of the match. Romain Mesmakers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ludwig Kloots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romain Mesmakers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes, Calistrat Bulcă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Café DE PLOEG and the Sojourner Truth Pioneers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sojourner Truth Pioneers booed when Café DE PLOEG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calistrat Bulcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sojourner Truth Pioneers's zone, Ludwig Kloots stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip Palmer came out of the goal and Ludwig Kloots tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Café DE PLOEG were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Sojourner Truth Pioneers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bert Windelinckx took the corner. Simon Gluck's late challenge caught a Café DE PLOEG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Gluck helped the player get up and apologised. Philip Palmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bert Windelinckx in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Brian Verhaghen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philip Palmer. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Verhaghen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Verhaghen in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Romain Mesmakers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Romain Mesmakers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Philip Palmer was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Philip Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Verhaghen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Greig hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. A collision led to Café DE PLOEG getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Brian Verhaghen hit a great ball.

William Rennie struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Carel Van de Schrieck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sojourner Truth Pioneers. 54 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's goal looked a bit too open when Rod Williamson came free, but Carel Van de Schrieck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Rod Williamson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carel Van de Schrieck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod Williamson in the 60th minute of play. Philip Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludwig Kloots, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Ludwig Kloots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 73 in the game by Romain Mesmakers from a close distance when the talented Philip Palmer managed to make a qualified save. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's players were relieved. If Romain Mesmakers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sojourner Truth Pioneers's Philip Palmer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Sojourner Truth Pioneers from getting a goal against them. Ludwig Kloots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Palmer having to interfere. Philip Palmer came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Café DE PLOEG's Charles Teuma Castelletti. But to his dismay, Charles Teuma Castelletti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rod Williamson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carel Van de Schrieck having to interfere. If Brian Verhaghen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th match minute, Café DE PLOEG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Benavides to maneuver through the defense. After 92nd play minutes Eriberto de Castro shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Philip Palmer and just under the crossbar into goal. Café DE PLOEG's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
