In the 15th minute of the match A.D. Alcorcón got a corner. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nereo Acosta ran over to the corner to take the kick. But to his dismay, Erlantz Bermejo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 25 minutes of play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Yan Schmidt made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurino Serena was left in no man's land by his defense there! A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. Rodriguinho Duarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Frans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Vadillos hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 48 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Acosta. After the first half A.D. Alcorcón were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Belo Alvarez made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's zone, Belo Alvarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emmanuel Canturri came out of the goal and Belo Alvarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Yan Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He Jing hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Luís Fabiano Sena was substituted for Yan Schmidt. Erlantz Bermejo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Glerfoss in the 71st minute of play. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fabiano Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Sena in the 75th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Delmar Mayor got a free kick in the 78th minute. Baltazar Glerfoss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Luís Fabiano Sena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rodriguinho Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
