VB-Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FA Sandtown the free kick. In the 7th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervásio Severiano to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match Ludomir Tarka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baltasar Matias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 10th minute Sebastian Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Radowit Trzaskoma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 12th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Gervásio Severiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Radowit Trzaskoma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benoit Van Bettenrode could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Baltasar Matias made a huge save. VB-Team's Baltasar Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Larsson in the 26th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baltasar Matias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltasar Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Mathias Jonasson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of VB-Team's Baltasar Matias. Baltasar Matias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. VB-Team's Baltasar Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Jonasson in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's goal looked a bit too open when Hafız Öztekin came free, but Radowit Trzaskoma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes FA Sandtown got a freekick which was hit by Radomil Barys. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by FA Sandtown's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hafız Öztekin was slow to take the kick. During this time VB-Team's players had a chance to rest. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Dobromir Sierocki put in a rough tackle. FA Sandtown:s Radowit Trzaskoma showed great skill when he stopped Fabrício Lopes:s penalty.
Radowit Trzaskoma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 55th minute of play. If Benoit Van Bettenrode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltasar Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Radowit Trzaskoma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hafız Öztekin. In the 71st match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrício Lopes to maneuver through the defense. VB-Team's 邱升邦 was substituted for Gervásio Severiano. After 73 played minutes, FA Sandtown's Sebastian Larsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baltasar Matias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FA Sandtown reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邱升邦 in the 75th minute of play forced FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Radowit Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Radowit Trzaskoma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute of the match FA Sandtown got a corner. VB-Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ludomil Narbut ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Mathias Jonasson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but VB-Team's Baltasar Matias did a great save. FA Sandtown's Radowit Trzaskoma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save FA Sandtown from getting a goal against them. Radowit Trzaskoma was a little too slow when 邱升邦 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-2. Benoit Van Bettenrode hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The supporters of VB-Team booed when FA Sandtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The VB-Team supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing VB-Team would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
