Uudo Lant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severiano Martinez in the 31st minute. A collision led to Grimório getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kristo Haluriit hit a great ball. After 38 minutes of play, Grimório's Erkki Leesment made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albino Fernandes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo Jeremías SL's Albino Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kajar Jaama in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Severiano Martinez made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Candido Oliveiro in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Grimório's Erkki Leesment. Severiano Martinez scored 2-6 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uudo Lant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albino Fernandes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erkki Leesment showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 66 minute of play. Albino Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Laaniste in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristo Haluriit got free with Albino Fernandes in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, Deportivo Jeremías SL's goalkeeper Albino Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Einar Laaniste. Albino Fernandes made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Kristo Haluriit sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Kristo Haluriit kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albino Fernandes. That made the score 2-8 in the 86 minute of play. Albino Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajar Jaama, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With a little luck, Deportivo Jeremías SL's Albino Fernandes got control of the ball when Kristo Haluriit tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kajar Jaama received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albino Fernandes came out and tried to block the shot, but Kajar Jaama slotted it home off the left post making it 2-9 in the 94th minute. The Grimório supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Grimório would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
