Armando Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erhan Ascı in the 3rd minute of play. Gothic Souls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Levent Itzov in the 4th minute. When Erhan Ascı came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Gothic Souls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erhan Ascı couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when Gothic Souls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levent Itzov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lemi Uğurlubey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Atarrabi came free, but Lemi Uğurlubey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lemi Uğurlubey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Venceslao came free, but Lemi Uğurlubey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zézinho Neiva made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rodolfo Atarrabi however managed to control. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 31 minutes Soroca F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Levent Itzov who took care of the corner kick. Lemi Uğurlubey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Atarrabi in the 35th minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Lemi Uğurlubey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lemi Uğurlubey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Levent Itzov in the 39th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Armani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lemi Uğurlubey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Venceslao in the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Luís Fernando Díaz replaced Rodolfo Atarrabi. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrián Espadas made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Lemi Uğurlubey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Erhan Ascı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soroca F.C.'s Armando Armani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gothic Souls's Ege Nesip was substituted for Erdinç Sarıalp. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Aytek İmar replaced Levent Itzov. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Iordanis Karatzaferis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Filomeno Olivos got a free kick in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gothic Souls's zone, Zézinho Neiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lemi Uğurlubey came out of the goal and Zézinho Neiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Răzvan Necula struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Lemi Uğurlubey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soroca F.C.. Aytek İmar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Armani having to interfere. Soroca F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
