An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Pepillo in the 4th minute of play forced Formentera's goalkeeper Amanda van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manúel Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Enmanuel in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Dogelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Dabi to maneuver through the defense. Ambrosio Pepillo took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amanda van der Sar. Amanda van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Fabio Monte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manúel Bento came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabio Monte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 15th minute. After 22 minutes of play, Dogelo's Ambrosio Pepillo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amanda van der Sar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Manúel Bento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elberg Monte in the 28th minute. Amanda van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Pepillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Enmanuel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manúel Bento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Formentera were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Dogelo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gavino Benvide took the corner. Formentera's Gavino Benvide was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Manúel Bento in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A hard shot 38 in the game by Paulo Enmanuel from a close distance when the talented Manúel Bento managed to make a qualified save. Dogelo's players were relieved. Amanda van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliverios Marcilla in the 39th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Enmanuel came free, but Manúel Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Formentera made a substitution. Blas Estevez replaced Fabio Monte. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliverios Marcilla to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Formentera got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Benvide. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Paolo León got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Ahmet Danış Garipbaş came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Dogelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Danış Garipbaş couldn't finish the play. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Estevez in the 62nd minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Bruno Israel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, one of Dogelo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dogelo. Dogelo:s Manúel Bento showed great skill when he stopped Gavino Benvide:s penalty. Lico Catarinense scored 1-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amanda van der Sar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amanda van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lico Catarinense in the 71st minute of play. Andre Piovezan charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andre Piovezan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd match minute, Dogelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Piovezan to maneuver through the defense. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Enmanuel in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dogelo's Lico Catarinense got a free kick in the 90th minute. Bruno Israel's late challenge caught a Formentera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Israel helped the player get up and apologised. Bruno Israel hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The supporters of Dogelo booed when Formentera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Silviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Pepillo notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Formentera's Amanda van der Sar. Amanda van der Sar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
