After 16 minutes of play, The Northmen Army's Vicco Oolo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Joestar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vicco Oolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jonathan Joestar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Ernests Barsinēvičs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Hernan Chus put in a rough tackle. In the 21st minute, one of Formentera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Formentera. 30 minutes into the match, The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Tomas Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Estevez. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Tomas Vennerlund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Joestar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicco Oolo in the 37th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Formentera's Blas Estevez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Vennerlund. That made the score 1-2 after 41 minutes of play. 45 minutes into the match, The Northmen Army's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Estevez came free, but Tomas Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vicco Oolo to strike the kick off in the second half. When Ulysses Baldwin came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the The Northmen Army fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulysses Baldwin couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the match, Vicco Oolo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Joestar. Formentera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicco Oolo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 59 minutes into the game, Ernests Barsinēvičs threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Northmen Army's Best Štriker quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Tomas Vennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to The Northmen Army getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Tobias Arias hit a great ball. The Northmen Army made a substitution. Nicko Kličko replaced Vicco Oolo. Ulysses Baldwin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match Formentera got a corner. The Northmen Army's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amador Modestio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Formentera's Amador Modestio to fire away a dangerous shot which Tomas Vennerlund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ernests Barsinēvičs kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicko Kličko in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Joestar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Northmen Army's Tomas Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Estevez in the 96th minute of play. The Northmen Army's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
