Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kevin Arnolds kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, U21 Algeria's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Clementi came free, but Yassine Messayeb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 5 played minutes, Bierunese's Bram Sandstra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yassine Messayeb came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bierunese reached it. Fateh Chadli charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fateh Chadli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 10th minute, but Werner Kamps got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Bierunese hanging dry this time. Yassine Messayeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folker Lindenbergh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. U21 Algeria's Yassine Messayeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Arnolds in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Bierunese were awarded a corner. Franklin Trigo went to the cornerflag to take it. Yassine Messayeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Wotte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Adriaanse in the 20th minute of play forced U21 Algeria's goalkeeper Yassine Messayeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, U21 Algeria's Fateh Chadli got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 22 played minutes Bierunese got a freekick which was hit by Bram Sandstra. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Clementi in the 24th minute of play forced U21 Algeria's goalkeeper Yassine Messayeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rabia Hemdani got free with Werner Kamps in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Kevin Arnolds made a precise shot to the right of Yassine Messayeb. U21 Algeria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Bierunese fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Bierunese's Baldomiro Clementi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 33 minutes into the match, Stefan Wotte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yassine Messayeb. U21 Algeria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Wotte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. U21 Algeria's Yassine Messayeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Arnolds in the 36th minute of play. If Baldomiro Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Arnolds in the 40th minute of play forced U21 Algeria's goalkeeper Yassine Messayeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes U21 Algeria got a freekick which was hit by Lounes Badis. After 44 played minutes Bierunese got a freekick which was hit by Bram Sandstra. Yassine Messayeb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Arnolds in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Franklin Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 played minutes U21 Algeria got a freekick which was hit by Fateh Chadli. Yassine Messayeb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Arnolds, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amar Yahi during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bierunese's Kevin Arnolds was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. U21 Algeria's Yassine Messayeb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save U21 Algeria from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, U21 Algeria's Lounes Badis got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Bierunese's Kevin Arnolds nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yassine Messayeb made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Yassine Messayeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Wotte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Folker Lindenbergh got a throw-in 82 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Baldomiro Clementi. Yassine Messayeb came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bierunese's Baldomiro Clementi. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Clementi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After 85 played minutes Bierunese got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Wotte. U21 Algeria's Rabia Hemdani got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92ndth minute of the game Kevin Arnolds who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Algeria's Yassine Messayeb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laïd Hamyane in the 95th minute of play forced Bierunese's goalkeeper Werner Kamps to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bierunese played a much better game than U21 Algeria and deserved their victory. The U21 Algeria players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
