The tension between the Chelforó and the Club Atlético Atlanta players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Chelforó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Monico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Salvatore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Gilesindo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute, Chelforó's Fabian Gilesindo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Jonathan Beat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Librado in the 20th minute of the match. Artemio Jaunti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jonathan Beat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Monico came free, but Melquiades Salvatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florencio Monico in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Salvatore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the game, Severino Rojelio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelforó the free kick. In the 37th minute, Chelforó's Florencio Monico dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Club Atlético Atlanta's Melquiades Salvatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Monico in the 40th minute of play. Fabian Gilesindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Salvatore was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Florencio Monico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Florencio Monico really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Monico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Florencio Monico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florencio Monico might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Salvatore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Monico ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Monico in the 56th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Melquiades Salvatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Monico came free, but Melquiades Salvatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Chelforó's Fabian Gilesindo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Salvatore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Florencio Monico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Salvatore. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Salvatore should have stopped the shot. Fabian Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Melquiades Salvatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Benicio Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifacio Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Hermengildo Toli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Salvatore came out of the goal and Hermengildo Toli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florencio Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Melquiades Salvatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Florencio Monico made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Salvatore. Club Atlético Atlanta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Chelforó's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
