The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabahattin Durukan during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, H E P T A N FC's Sabahattin Durukan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Göktan Sabeddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yunus Engintalay having to interfere. Tansel Kenan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eser Vezir's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Oğuz Arslanşah kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tansel Kenan. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Hadi Darga kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Berke Hızlan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Dinçer Özek, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 18th match minute, 1949 Kartalspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melih Baştuğ to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Dinçer Özek sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Tansel Kenan threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Dinçer Özek this time. Tekin Asıf took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yunus Engintalay. H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A hard shot 44 in the game by Nazım Batırhan from a close distance when the talented Tansel Kenan managed to make a qualified save. 1949 Kartalspor's players were relieved. In the 48th minute Ali Atıf Buğdaycı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tansel Kenan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Tansel Kenan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazım Batırhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, H E P T A N FC's Sabahattin Durukan got a free kick in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. H E P T A N FC had played much better football throughout.
