The goalkeeper, Aureliusz Olender, was totally fooled by FC Wrocanka's Stanislaw Pstrongowski, who 40 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Wiktoria Zajafka's Aureliusz Olender got control of the ball when Emil Majtyka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislaw Pstrongowski to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Stanislaw Pstrongowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Olender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tytus Giertych recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The FC Wrocanka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Pstrongowski in the 91st minute of play forced Wiktoria Zajafka's goalkeeper Aureliusz Olender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Wrocanka were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Wiktoria Zajafka's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stanislaw Pstrongowski took the corner. Aureliusz Olender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Majtyka, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Wiktoria Zajafka's zone, Teofil Nuszkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliusz Olender came out of the goal and Teofil Nuszkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 played minutes Wiktoria Zajafka got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasz Moryl. When Tytus Giertych came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the FC Wrocanka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Giertych couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that FC Wrocanka were the better team. FC Wrocanka's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
