The supporters of INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA booed when Capivariano F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 minutes, Renan Arce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA and the Capivariano F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiago Gabriel de Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Rodolfo Rodriguez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 62 played minutes Capivariano F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dino Nóbrega. Capivariano F.C.'s Betinho Saldanha got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute Renan Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tales Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Capivariano F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Juvenal Nascimento took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Juvenal Nascimento got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tales Rezende quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
