In the 14th minute Sergejs Vavilonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basarab Berevoescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Sergejs Vavilonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Indris Steingardts during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Slepenā biedrība getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gundars Mežabite hit a great ball. Basarab Berevoescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Digmārs Virkutis in the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, TΞKMΛN FC's Ivis Trofimovičs got a free kick in the 26th minute. Slepenā biedrība's Karl-Axel Sjöberg got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, TΞKMΛN FC's Sergejs Vavilonis got a free kick in the 29th minute. Sergejs Vavilonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basarab Berevoescu having to interfere. Vilmārs Felbergs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Basarab Berevoescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Vilmārs Felbergs slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. Basarab Berevoescu made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Sergejs Vavilonis sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alens Rondo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of TΞKMΛN FC booed when Slepenā biedrība was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alens Rondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basarab Berevoescu was a little too slow when Sergejs Vavilonis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-0. Sergejs Vavilonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Jude Crocker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mārtiņs Vilks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Slepenā biedrība's Karl-Axel Sjöberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jude Crocker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 56 minutes Slepenā biedrība's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Digmārs Virkutis who took care of the corner kick. Basarab Berevoescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergejs Vavilonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 58 played minutes Slepenā biedrība got a freekick which was hit by Romāns Libors. Vilmārs Felbergs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basarab Berevoescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Sergejs Vavilonis made a great header on TΞKMΛN FC's corner, it was just that Slepenā biedrība's Basarab Berevoescu managed to reach the ball for a save. Slepenā biedrība's Basarab Berevoescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergejs Vavilonis in the 80th minute of play. Vilmārs Felbergs might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basarab Berevoescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vilmārs Felbergs ran back to his position shaking his head. Vilmārs Felbergs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basarab Berevoescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slepenā biedrība's goalkeeper Basarab Berevoescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Basarab Berevoescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilmārs Felbergs, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sergejs Vavilonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. TΞKMΛN FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergejs Vavilonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basarab Berevoescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 minutes of play Slepenā biedrība's Meldris Vītoliņš was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. TΞKMΛN FC's Bruno Veckagans was substituted for Sergejs Vavilonis. A collision led to Slepenā biedrība getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Meldris Vītoliņš hit a great ball. In the 100th minute of the match Digmārs Virkutis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basarab Berevoescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the TΞKMΛN FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
