Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) 11 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christopher Barnier. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Turgut Soyuer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Saltuk Erva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Marceau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christopher Barnier came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Turkey's Turgut Soyuer. But to his dismay, Turgut Soyuer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Christopher Barnier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Bruno Marceau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saltuk Erva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Marceau to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Christopher Barnier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Soyuer. Lamine Lassaigne replaced Roberto Carlo. Christopher Barnier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 72nd minute. Turkey's Hüsmen Akbulut was substituted for Turgut Soyuer. Lamine Lassaigne kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Léon Sureau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Saltuk Erva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Turkey's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baltazar Delioğlu in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Alexandre Grave left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The throw-in from Maxime Poussin in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Turkey's Baltazar Delioğlu. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Hüsmen Akbulut took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Christopher Barnier to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Turkey eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
