MZ Country made a substitution. Smail Chaouchi replaced Mohammad Laref. Indonesia's Bodo Amat managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Juliusz Fenomeno in the 68 minute of the game. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Smail Chaouchi in the 71st minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Rachid Baba Ali Ulansi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The MZ Country manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Indonesia to win.
