Eriz Iribe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dele Ali in the 18th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isreal Morton in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriz Iribe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Isreal Morton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eriz Iribe. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isreal Morton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Quin Aguila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augustin Lopes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Uruguay's Quin Aguila to fire away a dangerous shot which Augustin Lopes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eriz Iribe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isreal Morton in the 31st minute of play. After 35 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Joam Verdenosa. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Mosen Falconi got a free kick in the 36th minute. Eriz Iribe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isreal Morton in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isreal Morton was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. Isreal Morton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, one of Canada:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Canada.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isreal Morton to make the kick off. 54 minutes in the game Wes Steele did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sanford Manley. In the 55th minute, Canada's Isreal Morton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Dele Ali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriz Iribe having to interfere. Isreal Morton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Eriz Iribe made a huge save. When Indartsu Magaz came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Indartsu Magaz couldn't finish the play. Uruguay's Fanuco Santibañez was substituted for Joam Verdenosa. Uruguay's Santio Carmeneses was substituted for Indartsu Magaz. Uruguay's Ibar Codina was substituted for Quin Aguila. Eriz Iribe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isreal Morton in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Canada were awarded a corner. Isreal Morton went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Isreal Morton got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eriz Iribe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A hard shot 71 in the game by Wes Steele from a close distance when the talented Eriz Iribe managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. With his leg Eriz Iribe managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Canada's Wes Steele fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isreal Morton got free with Eriz Iribe in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Ibar Codina came free, but Augustin Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes in the game Mosen Falconi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ibar Codina. 87 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Dele Ali came free, but Eriz Iribe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ibar Codina in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augustin Lopes saved Canada from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Eriz Iribe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isreal Morton. In the 93rd minute Pablo Montero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uruguay's Eriz Iribe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isreal Morton in the 95th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
