Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kayhan Kutcan in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nunez Llorenc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Turkey getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Roberto-Carlos Aşkın hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the game Aytaç Yelmen made a throw-in which Roberto-Carlos Aşkın played forward. Ildefonso Ursino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vahap Hicran having to make a save. Nunez Llorenc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibet Yerlikaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aytaç Yelmen made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kayhan Kutcan. Benicio Cheche hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Fırat Topdemir took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nunez Llorenc. Mexico's Eduardo Noriega was substituted for Ildefonso Ursino. Turkey's Nusrettin Pekgöz was substituted for İlhami Ülkü. Arda Baybars Erek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Nunez Llorenc made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Nunez Llorenc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arda Baybars Erek.
