With a little luck, U21 Spain's Aznaro Marquez got control of the ball when Elia Burelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aznaro Marquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Furino in the 97th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. U21 Spain were victorious despite being under pressure from U21 Italy for much of the match.
