The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martyon Everett helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, U21 Australia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martyon Everett to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Felipe Vale successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The corner led U21 Australia's Barnard Bailey to fire away a dangerous shot which Felipe Vale despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Martyon Everett was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Martyon Everett kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. U21 Brazil had won after a very even match.
