With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dele Ali in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shaun Harrison saved U21 Andorra from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dele Ali in the 8th minute of play forced U21 Andorra's goalkeeper Shaun Harrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 minutes of play, U21 Canada's Arthur Lawrence made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shaun Harrison was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dele Ali hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Perry Holbrook fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Townsend having to interfere. If Perry Holbrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leon Amos to make the kick off. Elton Daniels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 53 minutes into the game, Jeff Hartshorn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Justin Townsend was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marshall Lemaître hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Justin Townsend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Amos in the 68th minute of play. With his leg Shaun Harrison managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when U21 Canada's Arthur Lawrence fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. U21 Andorra's Shaun Harrison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save U21 Andorra from getting a goal against them. When Chester Sawyer fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U21 Canada's protests and gave Chester Sawyer a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes U21 Canada got a freekick which was hit by Chester Sawyer. U21 Canada's Modestine Shepherd was substituted for Augustus Beaujolie. After 73 played minutes U21 Canada got a freekick which was hit by Chester Sawyer. Justin Townsend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Amos, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Perry Holbrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shaun Harrison came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Canada's Marshall Lemaître. But to his dismay, Marshall Lemaître quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 80th minute, Leon Amos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Marshall Lemaître recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Shaun Harrison. Marshall Lemaître showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Marshall Lemaître was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. U21 Canada's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The U21 Andorra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. U21 Canada were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
