Bosnia And Hercegovina's Nijaz Kozul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krešo Kržak in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Bosnia And Hercegovina's Adis Brdanović dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Bosnia And Hercegovina's goal looked a bit too open when Krešo Kržak came free, but Nijaz Kozul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nijaz Kozul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krešo Kržak in the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Sven Talevski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Croatia's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Talevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nijaz Kozul breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simon Prodanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasmin Đupić having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Krešo Kržak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bosnia And Hercegovina's Nijaz Kozul was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jasmin Đupić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Prodanović in the 28th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Krešo Kržak in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nijaz Kozul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rdth minute of the game Krešo Kržak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bosnia And Hercegovina's Nijaz Kozul was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Letica in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nijaz Kozul saved Bosnia And Hercegovina from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Bosnia And Hercegovina's goal looked a bit too open when Krešo Kržak came free, but Nijaz Kozul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match, Adis Brdanović tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jasmin Đupić saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Krešo Kržak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nijaz Kozul having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Bosnia And Hercegovina's Jasmin Đupić threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adis Brdanović, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 48thth minute of the game Adis Brdanović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Croatia's Jasmin Đupić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Branislav Džananović made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Prodanović in the 52nd minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Jasmin Đupić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Letica took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nijaz Kozul. Nijaz Kozul dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Grgur Kapor succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 59th playminute. 65 minutes into the match, Bosnia And Hercegovina's goalkeeper Nijaz Kozul had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krešo Kržak. Grgur Kapor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Nijaz Kozul made a huge save. In the 68th minute, Adis Brdanović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jasmin Đupić was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Bosnia And Hercegovina made a substitution. Velid Pajić replaced Branislav Džananović. After a rather tough play, Croatia's Niko Kapuđija got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Bosnia And Hercegovina's Zaid Kamber was substituted for Branislav Jokišić. After 73 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Niko Kapuđija. 74 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Prodanović came free, but Jasmin Đupić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bosnia And Hercegovina were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Croatia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Musa Kodro took the corner. The Croatia fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Croatia's Mateo Letica looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 82 played minutes Bosnia And Hercegovina got a freekick which was hit by Slavko Osmanagić. Sven Talevski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Prodanović in the 87th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Jasmin Đupić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Velid Pajić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bosnia And Hercegovina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. 94 minutes into the game, Orhan Matko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Jasmin Đupić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute Mateo Letica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nijaz Kozul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bosnia And Hercegovina's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
