suspension errors

i have set change in formation(alternate/starting) according to situation in the game. for eg if my team is level at 60 i change to alternate. but when the AI(when i forget to change) replaces a suspended player the players tends to play out of position. i have observed it happening in many games.i have set change in formation(alternate/starting) according to situation in the game.
