Job board for remote Work

I think this would be a great addition to the game and also make sense to leverage this great community into something tangible in real life. Because I'm very certain that there a lot of managers from around the world who constantly have vacancies in their companies that need to be filled in digital marketing, software development,data analytics etc and what better way than to fill them with people you know have a common interests as them. I'm going to start a thread about this but I'm hoping CREW can make this a feature alongside other sections of this forumI think this would be a great addition to the game and also make sense to leverage this great community into something tangible in real life.

Because I'm very certain that there a lot of managers from around the world who constantly have vacancies in their companies that need to be filled in digital marketing, software development,data analytics etc and what better way than to fill them with people you know have a common interests as them.

I'm going to start a thread about this but I'm hoping CREW can make this a feature alongside other sections of this forum

This could perhaps be done through a federation designed for this, right? Then publicize the federation and the idea on forums around the world, create mechanisms... "MZ Jobs". It might work. I find it interesting. We have a mature community, with many users who have been here for over 15, 20 years... the game feels like a small town where almost everyone knows everyone. If you want any help implementing the idea, count on me through the Klan Federation.This could perhaps be done through a federation designed for this, right? Thank you for the offer and I will keep you posted. The federation idea is an interesting one. And the title of "Mz Jobs" fits what I have in mind. But I was thinking more of a section on this forum dedicated to remote job offers. It can stay on site or redirect to another dedicated page with advanced tools for filtering and searching etc... It would be free to post for individuals that have want to fill a vacancy through referral but companies can pay a small fee (the developers can decide on how much would be appropriate)to post about jobs. I will contact the developers directly to see if this idea can be implemented at all.Thank you for the offer and I will keep you posted.

Dude, just to avoid getting frustrated... I suggested that it be done by the Federation, and publicize the Federation's initiative in the forums, because if it depends on managers reading and implementing any proposal made here on the forum... forget it. Especially since you will try to help the game managers with an idea... the frustration will be even greater. Trust me. Then I'll talk to you in private and explain it better. Anyway, whatever we have to do, it has to be done privately, by the federations. The game does not invest in developers. The developer is the CEO himself,... there is no one who works in marketing here, for example. The game is over, we're just here for friends.
