Getting a coach

When you offer a coach a contract in the first phase and after 24 hours he's happy to proceed to phase 2, how do you go about actually signing him?When you offer a coach a contract in the first phase and after 24 hours he's happy to proceed to phase 2, how do you go about actually signing him?
