what does i need to do when the coach have evalutated the offer and says things like "this is an interesting offer" or "tweak slightly" . does i need to increase the offer or just his salary or something else???what does i need to do when the coach have evalutated the offer and says things like "this is an interesting offer" or "tweak slightly" . does i need to increase the offer or just his salary or something else???

interesting = you have attracted the coaches interest, now make an improved all round offer.. tweak = make a slight improvement, its up to you whether you change all or part.. adjust the offer = may mean you have gone too high, so decrease the offer.. i really like this offer = you should leave the offer stand, you cannot do anything to improve your situation.. when you bid for a coach , you are trying to get near the amount that the coach is set to accept, whichever manager gets closest to the amount, wins the coach, you can go high or low, but around middle ground tends to be more popular..interesting = you have attracted the coaches interest, now make an improved all round offer..
