How does the coach affect training progress?

Hello my friends, I understand that each coach has his own ratings for different sections(shooting, passing, etc.). However I'm wondering that if the coach only takes effect in certain sections when he is actually assigned to that section on the training field. Or he takes effect in all the sections all the time? you need the coach to have more skill balls than the players he is going to train, the coach will only train in one skill at a time, eg speed.. you can put four players in the skill section with the coach.. eg, coach with x5 skill balls at speed can train x4 players with less than x5 skill balls at speed.. you can move them to areas that they will give a positive effect for you, as long as the coach has more skill balls than the players he is training. try to hire affordable coaches, as hiring top grade coaches too early will not make any difference on performance, it will just drain your funds, only hire top rate coaches when you think your players are advanced enough to need them..you need the coach to have more skill balls than the players he is going to train, the coach will only train in one skill at a time, eg speed..
