Division cup question?

Division Cup should be competeing against teams of same division, why is there a premier league team in my group table? This is a paid cup & i need answers ---------------- The Division Cup, a seasonal staple of ManagerZone, is the perfect chance to test your team against managers of similar skill level. By playing only those competing at your divisional level you get the best chance at a high finish and all the prizes that reward a strong performance! could this be the answer, maybe it is because your country cannot get enough active participants to be selective, so has to go across the board to get entrants, click on the cup name and you will see some countries seem to have all inclusive division participation.. Yes i can see that there are only 42 team participating. However when i read the cup info again, we are suppose to only compete with teams at your divisional lvl. Thats why i join this cup. Now we have to play with premier league clubs , one division top of us, & i think thats not fair. i can understand your point , the name of the cup and some description of it has misguided you , the name of the cup should be changed and also the competition info, it is not very nice when you pay into a competition that you have no hope of getting any value from,even worse when you buy into something to discover it is not what you thought it was, so you have a valid point..i can understand your point , the name of the cup and some description of it has misguided you , the name of the cup should be changed and also the competition info, it is not very nice when you pay into a competition that you have no hope of getting any value from,even worse when you buy into something to discover it is not what you thought it was, so you have a valid point..

Hi guys, In some nations that have smaller communities, there are not enough managers to sustain certain types of cups that divide teams into segmented groups. The danger is that when a cup starts with too few participants, it can break the cup and crash the cup system. To help protect against this we often have to combine teams from different nations and, in this case, divisions, to make sure that there are enough teams to sustain a cup, and that managers from these nations do not get left out of the competition. In the cup you joined we had to combine all divisions from 28 nations just to get 42 managers to have a workable cup. Unfortunately, the trade off here is that we have to allow a wider range of skill to make the cup work. I understand how the cup description, which presents the format and spirit of the cup in most cases, does not adequately explain special cases like this for smaller nations. I am sorry for this confusion. To clear it up, we have updated the description with the following paragraphs: “Please note that some nations do not have enough active managers to allow for a separate cup for each division. In these cases, each cup may contain teams from several divisions to ensure that there are enough participants. Also, some cups will group a few smaller nations together to increase the number of teams. The nations and divisions invited to this cup are listed below, so that you have an idea of who you will compete against.“ Also, to help keep things clear, we will continue to list the nations and divisions that have been invited in the cup title, and at the bottom of the cup description. Each season, we look at the groupings to make sure they are as fair as we can make it and that there will be enough teams participating the next season. We will take a special look at the international group for next season to see if there is a different, more balanced way, to divide teams while still making sure the cup doesn’t break. However i still do not agree. This cup already gives me very bad impression that the description is not what it claims. The admin further explains that not what it claims is reasonable which is absurb. To the consumer, we are willing to buy a product but if the product is not up to expectation, we will not ever buy the product again. How can you let me trust your products again? If you dunt have the product, you cant sell in the first place. if you dunt hav the right no. of teams, you have to cancel the cup. This will gives me the confidence to join future cups as i know that MZ will assures me they will only sell me products that i want. What MZ is doing now is completely destroy my confident to join future cups? Hope i am making sense to you & hope you are listening to paying customers like me.However i still do not agree. yakkeith , i forwarded your complaint to crew, and they acknowledged my concern, the message that they delivered seems to me to indicate that they understand the area of your complaint and have made changes to make it more apparent to managers about the type of cup that they are entering, this i believe is what you wanted, there is more facts readily available for you to read up on before you enter the cup, maybe before you enter a competition it is best to look to see if the competition details are right for your team,i am sorry but i have to say that the blame lies partially with you, as you did not read into the full rules of the competition, but crew have acknowledged your complaint and have made changes to make it less easy for your situation to happen again, i would say that your complaint and the response from crew has been a success, and the following quote from above is why i believe this..
