Hi, for the last two days I have been unable to browse the site on internet explorer, I am currently on Firefox . I can log onto the site ok on IE , but when I click onto anywhere on the site to open a new page, I get a pop up page saying, windows could not open the page you are looking for please try again , but there is nothing on the retry, please do not say it is just me , because every other site I am using is working ok..

What is this "IE" you speak of? Do you smoke it or is it a pill?

Thank you for the report.

The universal fix is often to clear the web cache (ctrl+r) and clear your web history.

If that doesn't work we need to know the OS and IE version to be able to search for bugs.

Thank you

Since I'm not getting answers in my other thread...

How come I can't see the full training history of some players? They only go back a few months.

Hi Thunder ,
I am still unable to use internet explorer to navigate the site, still works ok on Firefox,
I have cleared cache files , deleted browsing history, etc , checked for malware. all cleared and still not working..

Windows 7 , 32 bit .
Internet Explorer 11

Strange,

Can you please create a support ticket and mark the ticket "to thunderexpress" or something like that. Then we can keep searching and you can send screen hots etc. Seems like the problem is pretty much isolated to your computer, I tested with the same OS, Win version and IE version and had no problem browsing the page.

Thank you,
Peter
