MLS Report

Welcome everyone to a new report on the MLS games of round 13. A lot of surprises and unexpected results have spiced up the fight for winning the league. The first five teams are within 4 points of each other so anything can happen there and we therefore expect the champion to be decided in the last few rounds of the season. The fight for avoiding the relegation is equally acerbic with no less than 5 teams fighting to stay in the MLS, while SPORTIVO MUNICIPAL and S.E Firewell seem destined to return to Div. 1.

In a relegation fight, AC Milan obtains a clear victory against BK Vallen. However, after 13 rounds, both teams are still struggling to get the points that will allow them to stay in the top US division.

Saltville and DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO draw 0-0 in a very balanced game in which both teams took their chances but none managed to put the ball into the net. While this result doesn't help any of the teams, only the next games will tell if any of them will play next season in MLS.

Favorite Talleres U.S. had a hard time in snatching the victory from virtually relegate SPORTIVO MUNICIPAL, but managed to do so after a game in which the favorites dominated the play and managed to score just enough to get the three points.

S. D. Bajen manages the surprise of the round by defeating leader CROW RAVEN in a balanced game in which the crows had the initiative but their opponents proved more efficient in transforming their goal opportunities. This game leaves the leader tied with second place and gives S.D. Bajen hopes for another season in the MLS.

No surprise here, Los Buitres wins the game against the team ranked last and manages to tie CROW RAVEN for the first position in the league after a game dominated 100% by the away team.

Another, though this time smaller, surprise happened in the game between Santos FC and Atherton. The away team fielded a daring formation that defeated the much more traditional tactic chosen by Santos.

Next round brings some very exciting games ahead, including an epic battle between the two leading teams in the MLS. While the season is far from over, the winner of this mega-derby will leave the round as a favorite in the fight for the MLS title this season. Many games that can change the table are happening and the only thing we can do is to wait until next round to find out their conclusion.
