Mail server downtime

We experienced problems with our mail server between yesterday, 16.00 CEST April 19 and today, 09.30 CEST April 20. The server is now up and running again as normal, and we are fairly confident that all queued up mails have been delivered.

To be on the safe side though, if you sent a message to us during that time, directly or via our support tool and have not received a reply within 48 hours, please send your request again.

If you requested a new password during that time, you should have received it at around 09.30 today. We apologize for the delay.
