IGUIPORÃ FC's attentive Gustavo Sergipano managed to snatch the ball when Marcus Majewski made a throw-in in the 7th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Hjortsberg in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Armstrong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Andreas Spante hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Eric Hjortsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Carioca made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Peter Linkhorst sent off a good shot on target. In the 19thth minute of the game Eric Hjortsberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, IGUIPORÃ FC's Gustavo Sergipano got a free kick in the 20th minute. Carlos Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Ununger in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Eric Hjortsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Patrick Armstrong was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eric Hjortsberg in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Armstrong saved ManagerZone Crew from getting behind. In the 30th minute, Eric Hjortsberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IGUIPORÃ FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Marcus Majewski fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ManagerZone Crew's protests and gave Marcus Majewski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Majewski to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Hjortsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eric Hjortsberg made a kick off. João Adolfo Goiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Hjortsberg in the 58th minute. Eric Hjortsberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Patrick Armstrong made a huge save. In the 61st play minute Eric Hjortsberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Patrick Armstrong. 0-3. 64 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Hjortsberg. In the 65th minute Peter Linkhorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Armstrong had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Jaime Moreno's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Andreas Sjöstrand got a free kick in the 89th minute. The supporters of IGUIPORÃ FC booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Schulle didn't get a good kick on the ball. ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Adolfo Goiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The IGUIPORÃ FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
